Fight Gone Bad 6
It’s that time of year again. Fight Gone Bad 6 is just a few months away. Many of you have participated in past years’ Fight Gone Bad events; this year will follow a similar format in which heats of 3x5minute rounds of Wall Ball, SumoDeadlift High Pull, Box Jump, Push Press and Row with a 1 minute rest between rounds will be run throughout the day. Heat assignment will be issued on a first come first served basis on the day of the event.
Rx’d and Scaled versions of this workout will be offered; participation is encouraged for ALL levels of CrossFit athletes.
Fight Gone Bad 6 benefits the following charities:
provides full educational scholarships for surviving children of fallen Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps special operations personnel. The foundation also provides immediate assistance to families of those wounded in action.Today, there are some 125 students enrolled in colleges and universities through funding from the Foundation.
serves as a resource for all of the CrossFit philanthropic activities. The foundation board works in an advisory capacity with the Sportsgrants Foundation on Fight Gone Bad, and in 2010 became one of the event beneficiaries insuring that funds raised by the community served the community.
It is important that you register as a member of CrossFit West Sacramento if you wish to compete in this event at our box. This is the only way we will know who is competing, how many participants to expect, etc.
Due to high demand for this event, registration will be limited to the first 100 participants.
Details about the day of the event including athlete check-in will be posted within the next two weeks. If you have any questions, please send an email to email@example.com.
