Mid-Day CFE WODs are Here!!
CFWS will be holding mid-day CrossFit Endurance style WODs beginning today at 11:30AM. These WODs are completely different from our regular CrossFit programming and are being provided as a supplementary service for athletes who are training for endurance events such as half-marathons, triathlons, etc.
Today’s WOD is announced with VERY short notice. Coach Rick will be taking 17+ mile bike ride for time, plus an AMRAP 30 minute of: 400m run, 2 ascents on the 14′ rope. These workouts will be designed around the scheduling needs of coach Rick, so if anyone is interested, please contact him directly via email - rick@crossfitwestsac.com.
Future Mid-Day CFE WODs will be announced 48 to 72 hours prior to the workout on our blog. Stay posted for more upcoming workouts geared towards preparing the endurance athlete for big events with minimal sport specific training time required. We will also announce these workouts on our Facebook Profile page.
