Paleo/Zone Breakfast Scramble

Ingredient List:  4 egg whites; 1.25 cups chopped bell peppers (red, green, yellow); .66 cups chopped red onion; 3oz chopped boneless skinless chicken breast; 5tbsp avocado (~1/4 large haas avocado sliced); 4 cups fresh spinach; 1 cup fresh pineapple; cayenne pepper to taste.  This is a balanced 5 Zone Block meal… Use the Zone Block Calculator to determine correct ingredient amounts if you are consuming fewer blocks each… Continue »
